Acceptable use
Rally is a tool for coaches, parents, and organizers to coordinate youth sports schedules. Use it lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share, and do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Parents are responsible for any player information they manage on behalf of a minor.
Pilot service
Rally is provided during this pilot on an "as is" basis without warranties. Features may change or be unavailable. Payments are not part of the pilot.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the pilot service.
Termination
You may stop using Rally at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or is required to protect the service or its users.
These are pilot terms and will be expanded before a public launch.
