Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, username, email), the teams and organizations you join, the events and announcements your team creates, and limited location information you choose to add to events. We do not collect payment information during the pilot.

How we store it

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, encrypted at rest, within the Rally project. Access is restricted by authentication and role-based security rules.

Third-party services

We use Firebase Authentication for sign-in and Google Cloud for hosting and data storage. If you connect a provider account (e.g. TeamSnap), we use it only to import your team data. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use the __session, __rally_role, and rally_org_context cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your current organization. They are required for the app to function.

Retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact your pilot administrator. We will honor verified deletion requests consistent with applicable law (e.g. GDPR/CCPA).

This is a pilot privacy policy and will be expanded before a public launch.
